This program offers six (6) successful candidates the chance to learn and grow through an intensive 12-month training period. Job Summary

The Graduate Management Trainee Program aims to provide recent graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to thrive in the manufacturing sector. Over the course of 12 months, trainees will rotate through key departments, allowing them to gain a broad understanding of business functions, manufacturing processes, and the overall operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee at Capwell Industries Ltd, you will:

1. Participate in rotational assignments across the following business units:
   • Manufacturing Process: Understand the core functions and stages involved in the production process of Capwell’s diverse product line.
   • Finance & Accounting: Gain insight into financial management, including budgeting, audits, and financial reporting.
   • Human Resource Management: Learn about talent management, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws.
   • Sales and Distribution: Understand market trends, customer relationships, and distribution strategies.
   • Engineering & Maintenance: Acquire knowledge of equipment maintenance and learn about process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
   • Marketing: Get involved in branding, advertising, and product launches while studying market research and consumer behavior.
   • Supply Chain & Logistics: Experience the flow of goods from procurement through distribution, ensuring that supply chain processes align with business needs.
2. Attend leadership development workshops and seminars to hone your management skills.
3. Work on cross-functional projects that will enhance your problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
4. Engage with senior management through mentorship programs, gaining valuable industry insights.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To be considered for the Management Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, obtained in 2024 or awaiting graduation.
• Graduated with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen interest in the manufacturing sector and a desire to pursue a long-term career in this industry.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to undergo a 12-month rotational training program across various business units.
• High levels of initiative, adaptability, and a passion for learning.

Preferred Skills and Qualities

While not required, the following skills will be advantageous for the Management Trainee Program:

• Leadership potential: Demonstrated through prior involvement in school activities, clubs, or other leadership positions.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
