Position Overview:

As a Management Trainee (Marketing) at ACFE, you will work under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives. We are seeking individuals who possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen understanding of market dynamics. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vibrant FMCG industry while contributing to the growth and success of our esteemed company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans, including pricing strategies, product positioning, and distribution channels.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science and Technology, or related field.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in ICT tools and software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
