Job Summary

What You Will Do

As a Management Trainee, you will:

• Guest Relations: Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously, ensuring a memorable and satisfactory experience.
• Learn and Develop: Acquire essential skills by supporting the camp management team with the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Departmental Processes: Gain knowledge of each department’s daily processes and goals, contributing to the overall efficiency of the camp.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• A good command of English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
