Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating maintenance staff to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning optimally.
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prevent production interruptions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment maintenance.
• Managing repair and troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify maintenance needs and ensure the seamless operation of facilities.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Implementing cost-effective maintenance solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for the Maintenance Supervisor role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in an active manufacturing setup.
• Proven experience in facilities management and overseeing maintenance operations.
