Key Responsibilities
- Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee all maintenance processes and operations, including planning and managing repair and installation activities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed daily progress reports and maintenance work logs.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with business objectives, growth strategies, health and safety regulations, and legislative requirements.
- Project Management: Coordinate projects and contracted works, ensuring adherence to safety measures and deliverables outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Emergency Response: Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruption.
- Continual Improvement: Drive continual improvements in event setups and facility maintenance.
- Staff Management: Set goals, manage performance, support staff development, and deliver training to the department’s team.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of products supplied by vendors meets the expected standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Background: Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Trade Tests: Level I, II, and III trade tests.
- Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in maintenance operations and supervisory roles, preferably in a busy hospitality environment.
