1. Supplier Payments: Prepare remittance advice, vouchers, and supplier reconciliations to ensure timely payments.
2. Supplier Account Management: Handle account opening procedures, maintain comprehensive records of unpaid invoices, and post unpaid invoices accurately.
3. Document Management: Maintain proper filing of all documents related to account payables for easy retrieval and auditing.
4. Non-Supplier Creditors: Accurately post non-supplier creditors in the system to keep financial records up to date.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Finance
• CPA K or CIMA qualification
