Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Workstation Setup: Efficiently set up and stock workstations with all required ingredients and cooking equipment.
  2. Ingredient Preparation: Skillfully prepare ingredients, including chopping and peeling vegetables, and crafting beef patties, ensuring freshness and quality.
  3. Cooking Expertise: Utilize various utensils and grillers to cook a variety of menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team.
  4. Safety Standards: Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) and implement best practices and safety standards in the kitchen.
