Available Positions

1. Program Officer – ICT

Department: Compliance and Ethics Directorate

Job Grade: LSK-4

Number of Positions: 1

Job Summary

The Program Officer – ICT will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing our information and communication technology infrastructure. This position demands a dynamic individual with a strong background in ICT and a proven ability to manage complex IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies that align with the Society’s objectives.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage IT projects, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on ICT-related issues.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and regularly updated.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.

2. Program Officer – Human Resource

Department: Compliance and Ethics Directorate

Job Grade: LSK-4

Number of Positions: 1

Job Summary

The Program Officer – Human Resource will be responsible for managing various HR functions within the Society. This role requires a seasoned HR professional adept at developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee performance management and professional development programs.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR management and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

3. Assistant Program Officers

Department: Compliance and Ethics Directorate

Job Grade: LSK-5

Number of Positions: 2

Job Summary

The Assistant Program Officers will support the Compliance and Ethics Directorate in various administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in compliance and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of compliance and ethics programs.
  • Support the development and execution of compliance-related policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance issues and breaches.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and documentation.
  • Assist in training staff on compliance and ethics matters.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in compliance, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
