Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, or equivalent qualification recognized by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board.
• Registration certificate issued by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB).
• Current KMLTTB practice license.
• Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
• Recent graduate from a reputable institution with internship experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

As a Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing all diagnostic testing procedures within your department.
• Collaborating with team members on technical matters to provide relevant data for disease prevention, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with relevant legislation and safety protocols, including quality control standards and infection control measures.
