1. Position: Artisan Grade 2 – Electrician (2 Posts)

Job Summary:

As an Artisan Grade 2 – Electrician at KTDA Githongo Tea Factory Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems within our production facility. Utilizing your expertise in electrical engineering, you will contribute to the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components and machinery.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify areas for improvement and implement preventive maintenance measures.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell tea products to customers in the local market.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:
