Key Responsibilities

Database Development and Implementation

  • Developing and implementing program tracking databases to support program evaluation activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Data Management

  • Merging data across databases and identifying data inconsistencies and outliers using STATA.
  • Cleaning and editing medical record data for comprehensive and accurate analysis.

Data Reporting and Analysis

  • Generating data reports on program activities, providing actionable insights.
  • Sample size calculation and statistical interpretation to support research findings.
  • Preparation of tables, figures, and results using statistical methods to present data clearly and effectively.

Vacancy Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics from a recognized university (Mandatory).

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in STATA for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to merge and clean data accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting data findings.
