Detailed Description:

Ensuring Booking Integrity:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Analyze and address inventory violations to maintain a reliable booking platform.
    • Action pricing and fare abuse violations within specified guidelines.
  • Revenue Recovery:
    • Raise ADMs (Agency Debit Memos) according to KQ ADM policy for revenue and cost leakages.
    • Collaborate with Sales for the efficient cashing of valid ADMs.
    • Investigate and resolve ADMs and revenue recovery disputes with a customer-centric approach.
  • Chargeback Disputes:
    • Engage in the chargeback dispute process promptly, preventing revenue leakage.
    • Identify commercial-driven chargebacks, ensuring clarity in fare rules and conditions.
  • GDS and CRS Management:
    • Analyze and address abuses leading to wasteful GDS and CRS cost leakages.
    • Implement pricing and inventory measures in collaboration with Revenue Management.

Fraud Prevention:
