Position: Events Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Events Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nairobi, Kenya. As the Events Manager, you will be at the heart of creating and managing a wide range of events that span our six pillars: Art, Business, Cuisine, Drama, Fashion, and Music. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that each event is meticulously planned, seamlessly executed, and thoroughly enjoyed by our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and oversee various events, ensuring they align with our brand’s ethos and guest expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to integrate food and beverage services into events.
- Vendor Management: Identify and liaise with internal and external partners, including local vendors and suppliers.
- Production Oversight: Manage the entire production of each event, from conception to execution.
- Outcome Measurement: Analyze event success and gather feedback to inform future planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in event management and planning, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop unique event concepts.
