Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated SACCO Manager to lead and manage our cooperative’s operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in business management or accounting, and a passion for community development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily SACCO operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage financial activities, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
  • Member Relations: Foster strong relationships with SACCO members, addressing their needs and concerns.
