Open Roles and Responsibilities

1. Technical Sales Representatives (TSR) – Mtwapa, Kilifi County

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Technical Sales Representatives to join our sales team. The TSR will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding market reach in the Mtwapa region. This role requires a focus on achieving targets while offering outstanding customer support and ensuring clients are fully satisfied with M-Gas services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote M-Gas products to new and existing clients in the Kilifi County region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to customers to enhance their understanding of M-Gas products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer acquisition, and customer support.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. Logistics Technicians (LT) – Mtwapa, Kilifi County

(Boda Boda Rider / Tuk Tuk Rider)

Job Summary:
As a Logistics Technician, you will be responsible for delivering M-Gas products to customers in an efficient and timely manner. This role requires excellent riding skills, a deep understanding of customer service, and attention to detail in managing deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and timely delivery of M-Gas products to designated locations.
• Perform routine checks on motorbikes or tuk tuks to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and customer feedback.
• Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations while on duty.

Qualifications and Skills:

• KCSE Certificate (or equivalent).
• Valid Kenyan Smart Driving License (A2/A3 with NTSA stamps).
• Minimum of 1 year of riding experience (Boda Boda or Tuk Tuk).
• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Sales is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Mtwapa and surrounding areas.

3. Motorized Technical Sales Representatives (MTSR) – Mtwapa, Kilifi County

(Rider + Salesperson)

Job Summary:
The Motorized Technical Sales Representative is a hybrid role combining sales responsibilities with motorized deliveries. You will represent M-Gas in the field, promoting products to potential customers and ensuring that deliveries are handled efficiently. This role offers a dynamic blend of sales, customer service, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth of M-Gas by meeting sales objectives through direct customer engagement.
• Deliver M-Gas products to customers and assist in after-sales support.
• Handle any technical inquiries or issues from customers with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide technical demonstrations when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales or a relevant field.
• Valid Kenyan Smart Driving License (A2 with NTSA stamps).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and riding experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to close deals.
