Purpose

At I & M BANK, we’re seeking a dedicated Associate for Card Systems Management to provide Level 1 and 2 technical and functional support for card systems, terminals, and ecommerce transactions. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of our card systems while delivering impeccable service. Primary Responsibilities

Prioritize and Excel:

• Prioritize the closure of service tickets within committed SLAs.
• Provide unwavering support for Card Systems and interconnected terminals.
• Offer extensive support for Card Systems and terminals, including ATM and POS systems, at our Bank and group entities.
• Keep our Card systems and services impeccably maintained through regular housekeeping.
• Actively participate in card systems integrations.
• Contribute to system testing, process documentation, and transitions within our Bank and group entities.
• Thoroughly document all processes and procedures related to ICT Systems.
• Proactively monitor service uptime, card operations, and transactions.
• Execute routine card support functions, including EOD, file processing, and related scheduled tasks.
• Take the initiative in creating and terminating admin and user accounts applicable to our Card system.
• Provide valuable support for intermediary systems/Datamart and Application DB.
• Play a key role in conducting disaster recovery drills at our Bank and group entities.
• Be prepared to assist in planned audit activities on approval by line managers to provide the necessary information.

Person Specifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Informatics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of MySQL, JavaScript, C++, MS Windows Server, or Linux, as well as Web Technologies (J2EE, IIS, Apache, JBoss).
