Consolidated Monthly Pay: KES. 40,000

Terms of Engagement: One (1) Year Contract

Job Purpose

As a Sales Assistant at Kenya Law, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with current and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, processing sales transactions, and actively seeking new business opportunities while maintaining existing client connections. By exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant, your duties will encompass:

(a) Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels such as telephone, email, or in-person interactions to address inquiries and provide assistance.

(b) Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently to ensure smooth and seamless transactions for our clients.

(c) Sales Targets: Meet and exceed established sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to driving business growth.

(d) Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, to ensure effective communication and follow-up.

(e) Business Development: Proactively seek out new customers while nurturing relationships with existing ones to expand our client base and increase revenue.

(f) Database Management: Manage and update the customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for targeted marketing efforts.

(g) Customer Feedback: Assist in executing customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.

(h) Reporting: Support in generating reports related to events, revenue, and sales performance to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

(i) Packaging and Delivery: Prepare sold items for packaging and oversee delivery processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.

(j) Marketing Initiatives: Actively participate in marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, shows, and trade fairs to promote our products and services and enhance brand visibility.

Professional Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

(a) Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field;

(b) Minimum of one year of relevant experience;

(c) Proficiency in Computer Applications; and,

(d) Fulfillment of requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
