Key Responsibilities

- Calculate clients’ salaries and ensure precision in payroll and tax documents.
- Execute required deductions and withholdings accurately.
2. Quality Assurance
- Cross-verify all payroll information provided by clients before processing payroll.
- Resolve any payroll issues and actively participate in payroll audits.
3. Compliance and Documentation
- Prepare clients’ statutory schedules promptly.
- Create and send invoices, quotations, and agreements to clients.
- Maintain an organized filing system for payroll records.
4. Data Security
- Ensure the protection and security of payroll software, files, and records.
Academic Qualifications and Skills Required

- A minimum of a Diploma in Finance or a related field.
- CPA or ACCA qualification.
- At least one year of experience in payroll administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
