Job Purpose:

As an Acquisition Associate, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding SMEs and dealers under Retail Finance programs. Your responsibilities include engaging with clients, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.



On-boarding Excellence

  • On-board new spokes under Distributor Finance and Supplier Finance programs.
  • Coordinate with operations for SME limit setups.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during post and onboarding processes.

Relationship Building

  • Build relationships with decision-makers in the client base.
  • Manage onboarding relationships effectively.
  • Leverage in-house technology to record client details.


  • Work closely with the Front Office and potentially directly with clients.
  • Obtain necessary supporting evidence for KYC due diligence.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding operations team for accurate and timely setups.


Client Engagement

  • Engage clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders.

Process Improvement

  • Provide insights for improving processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations.

Risk Management:
