Role and Responsibilities
Growth Strategy and Customer Satisfaction
Develop and execute a growth strategy that emphasizes financial gain and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with technical and internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance overall service quality.
Merchant Acquisition and Revenue Maximization
Lead the acquisition of new merchants for payment gateways and White Label solutions. Maximize revenue by increasing wallet share from existing merchants and onboarding new projects. Run strategic campaigns to promote value-added services and boost revenue through setup fees.
Financial Reporting and Projections
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue projection reports. Utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing merchant issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless resolution of challenges, fostering strong client relationships.
Market Research and Business Meetings
Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients, presenting our innovative solutions and forging strategic partnerships.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related field
