Background

The Center for International Health, Education and Biosecurity (CIHEB)-Kenya is a distinguished local non-governmental organization partnering with the Ministry of Health and County Health Management Teams to fortify health systems for enhanced quality of healthcare in Kenya.

Job Summary

In this pivotal role, you’ll be tasked with providing technical assistance to the service delivery team, ensuring system maintenance and monitoring compliance controls and processes. Your responsibilities will encompass user support, query resolution, and guidance provision, alongside contributing to training initiatives for users.

Job Description – Responsibilities:

  • Creating/Developing Dynamics NAV and Other Enterprise Applications: Spearhead the creation and development of Dynamics NAV and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Integrating Enterprise Applications to Other Systems: Facilitate the integration of enterprise applications with other systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensuring Enterprise Applications are Bug-Free: Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance measures to ensure enterprise applications are devoid of bugs and glitches.
  • Supporting Enterprise Application Clients: Provide comprehensive support to enterprise application clients, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Research and Developing (RD) Future-Oriented Enterprise Systems: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to research and develop future-oriented enterprise systems.
  • Formulating System Processes based on Client Requirements: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and formulate system processes tailored to their needs.
  • Advising Clients on Best Practices in the Financial Industry: Offer expert advice to clients on best practices in the financial industry, leveraging your insights and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field is typically required. Certifications in ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics) and cybersecurity are advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERP system development, configuration, customization, and implementation, with a proven track record of successful ERP projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).
  • ERP Concepts: Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and architecture.
