Job Summary:
As technology evolves and financial offerings diversify, Cytonn Investments seeks to expand its Product Development, Service Design & Innovation arm. Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Product Development Cycle: Lead and track the product development cycle from concept creation through development, prelaunch, and post-launch activities.
- User Research and Innovation: Conduct user research, identify innovation opportunities and industry trends, and propose enhancements to stakeholders for product optimization.
- Service Design: Understand user needs, create personas, map out their journey stages, and design service blueprints.
- Client Issue Resolution: Collect and track client issues, collaborate with teams for resolution, and engage service providers for prompt issue resolution.
- Documentation and Testing: Document process requirements, conduct usability acceptance testing, and ensure compliance with process requirements.
- Process Enhancement: Review current product features and process flows, recommend enhancements, and propose strategies for product uptake and performance improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and periodic reports showcasing product uptake, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum second-class honors, completed within the past year or expected completion within the next few months.
- Academic Performance: Grade of B+ and above in KCSE (or equivalent), with strong performance in mathematics and languages.
