Position Overview

As a Human Resource Intern at KIM, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of our HR department. You will be responsible for data management, ensuring the cleanliness of the office, and assisting in various HR processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Assist in entering and updating employment and status-change data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Job Descriptions and Records Maintenance: Ensure all staff have up-to-date job descriptions and maintain neat, organized, and secure employee files.
  • General Office Support: Perform a variety of office support duties including making copies, maintaining calendars, processing mail, and ordering office supplies.
  • Staff Badges Processing: Assist in processing staff badges for all employees, including new hires.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Accuracy of HR Records: Ensure all HR records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Effective Administration: Efficiently manage the HR registry, database, and HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Compliance: Adhere to and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Skills Audit: Conduct regular skills audits to ensure staff competency.
  • Payroll and Records Management: Support payroll processing and maintain comprehensive records.
  • ERP Knowledge: Understand and utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using various computer applications.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • Professional Membership: Must be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
