Position Overview

As a Finance and HR Intern, you will be immersed in both financial and human resources functions. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Intern:

• Assist with Financial Reporting: Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
• Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial discrepancies.

HR Intern:

• Recruitment Support: Help with the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Employee Records: Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
• HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve departmental processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of finance principles or HR practices is a plus.
