Company Overview: Haki Yetu, a reputable human rights organization founded in 2008, operates in Mombasa’s Bangladesh Slums. Registered as a Charitable Trust, Haki Yetu has offices in Mombasa, Kilifi, and Kwale counties. Position Overview: In line with the objectives of our 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, we are seeking a self-driven individual passionate about learning to support our planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation processes and activities.

Key Responsibilities: Monitoring Progress:

  • Track and assess performance progress towards achieving Strategic Plan objectives, outputs, and activities. Data Collection and Compilation:
  • Collect and compile data on performance indicators and targets for analysis, report writing, and tracking purposes. Progress Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing periodic progress reports to effectively communicate achievements and challenges. Policy Implementation:
  • Support the implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation policies, strategies, programs, and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Data Compilation:
  • Assist program staff in compiling monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc program data and reports.

Key Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Relevant qualification in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Business Management/Administration, Project Planning and Management, Social Sciences, Actuarial Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Passion for human rights and commitment to the organization’s mission.
