Summary of Work Environment:

Java House’s IT infrastructure encompasses various systems, including MICROS EPOS for front-of-house operations, SUN SYSTEMS for finance, MC for inventory management, and SAGE for human resources. As an IT Intern, you will be involved in installing, configuring, managing, and repairing these systems, along with providing user support and ensuring the integrity and security of our network infrastructure.

Primary Purpose and Scope of the Job:

The primary purpose of this role is to install, configure, manage, and repair IT and communication infrastructure within Java House. Key responsibilities include server installation, backend database maintenance, user support, domain structure management, and enterprise antivirus installation. Additionally, you will be involved in commissioning and maintaining web and WAN services, as well as cleaning and maintaining physical computer hardware.
