Position Overview: Analyst (Nairobi) – 6 Months Program
Overview of the Role
As an Analyst at Voluntās, you will embark on a 6-month program designed to maximize your potential. This hands-on opportunity offers exposure to a diverse range of assignments with international clients and partners. You’ll contribute to impactful projects, applying critical and creative thinking to research and analysis, while receiving day-to-day coaching from experienced colleagues.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor´s degree or higher in economics, political science, international development, international law, or a similar field.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Swahili.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interest in international issues, particularly in the East Africa region.
- Results-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness.
- High level of personal initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
