About the International Transformation Foundation (ITF)
The International Transformation Foundation (ITF) is an internationally youth-led non-profit organization dedicated to providing youth with educational and self-development programs, focusing on leadership and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to harness creativity and foster a system that provides jobs, offers security, and creates opportunities for growth, ultimately contributing to the development of our communities.
Since its establishment, ITF has developed and operated numerous youth development programs aimed at nurturing today’s youth into tomorrow’s leaders. Our programs encourage strong-minded individuals with progressive thinking. Our current projects include:
- JIJENGE KIJANA FUND
This initiative offers micro-credit and micro-saving training, enabling ITF members to engage in productive livelihoods that generate increased income and lift them out of poverty. - A WATER KIOSK AT SCHOOL
This project involves setting up school-based and student-managed businesses designed to sell clean tap water to community residents at affordable prices. The sustainable business model pre-finances community schools to establish on-site water kiosks. - PUBLIC DRINKING WATER FOUNTAIN
The project aims to install sustainable tap water stations near playgrounds, city centers, parks, schools, and bus stations in Africa. This initiative ensures accessible clean drinking water and raises awareness about the environmental impact of single-use plastic water bottles. - ERASMUS+ PARTNERSHIPS
ITF operates capacity-building projects that gather global partnerships to tackle youth unemployment. These projects bridge the educational sector and labor market, enabling young people to undergo work-based learning. They are co-financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
