Key Responsibilities

As an Intern VOIP Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Installation and Configuration: Assist in the setup and configuration of VOIP systems to ensure they meet operational requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve VOIP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
• Network Performance Monitoring: Monitor VOIP network performance, addressing any issues to maintain optimal functionality.
• Feature Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new VOIP features and enhancements.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving queries and issues promptly.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of VOIP technologies and protocols (e.g., SIP, RTP) and familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
