Key Responsibilities

1. Strengthening Brand Identity

Craft compelling communication products that encompass digital media, reports, publications, flyers, and posters. Your creativity will contribute to enhancing the World Vision brand’s impact.

2. Social Media Engagement

Conceptualize, execute, and analyze the outcomes of social media engagement strategies. Your insights will shape the way we connect with our audience across digital platforms.

3. Visual Communication

Translate ideas into captivating visuals that effectively communicate our brand and objectives. Your innovative designs will play a pivotal role in conveying our mission to the world.

4. Consistency in Design

Ensure that all content and design elements align seamlessly with our house style and brand identity, maintaining a cohesive and impactful visual presence.

5. Internal Communications

Engage in a variety of internal communication activities, gaining valuable exposure to our organization’s inner workings and broader initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for driven individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria to join our graduate internship program:

  • Kenyan citizens with a strong commitment to making a difference.
  • Priority consideration for those who have benefited from child sponsorship or experienced the impact of World Vision’s community development in their lives.
  • Genuine passion and ability to serve in rural and semi-urban areas of Kenya.
  • Practicing Christians, irrespective of denomination, gender, or ethnic background.
  • Demonstrated good character, honesty, high competency, and overall well-being.
  • Willingness to dedicate a year to the project and contribute wholeheartedly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field of study within the past year.
