Title: Information Communication and Technology Officer – KNCHR

Summary: Join Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) as an Information Communication and Technology Officer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring ICT Service Desk: Ensure prompt resolution of user-related incidents for enhanced customer service.
  • Management of IT Platforms: Facilitate efficient delivery of services and transaction processing.
  • Maintenance and Update of ICT Systems: Ensure current information across all organizational ICT systems.
  • Network Monitoring: Optimize internet and network connectivity for smooth operations.
  • Systems Maintenance: Ensure smooth functioning of ICT systems including web applications, email system, and firewall.
  • New Application Rollout: Support deployment of new applications and hardware and maintain inventory.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in timely preparation of ICT department budgets, work plans, and reports.
  • Data Backup: Conduct frequent data backup and facilitate offsite storage of critical data.
