Job Summary:

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, providing full-time support to various departments, and ensuring the smooth operations of our Mariakani Branch. Reporting to the Customer Care Officer, you’ll contribute to creating a conducive working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Time Departmental Support:
    • Provide dedicated support to all departments as assigned.
  2. Meeting Arrangements:
    • Efficiently arrange meeting venues in advance.
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform photocopying tasks and clerical duties as required.
  4. Hospitality:
    • Prepare and serve tea to staff and visitors.
  5. Messenger Duties:
    • Carry out office messenger duties when needed.
  6. Asset Management:
    • Take care of SACCO assets, including routine accounting.
  7. Office Maintenance:
    • Undertake minor repairs and report major ones promptly.
