Program Overview:

The MT Programme spans an intense 15-month duration, immersing trainees in various functions within the bank. It encompasses external training programs, e-learning modules, in-house coaching and mentoring sessions, leadership development initiatives, and even an offshore secondment within one of our esteemed Group entities.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for this prestigious opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Fresh university graduates not exceeding 28 years of age by January 31, 2023, are eligible to apply. Candidates with a Master’s degree in specialized fields or exceptional undergraduate degree holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Academic Excellence: A first-class degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other business-related field is required. Alternatively, candidates with technical certification qualifications in specialist areas will be considered.
  • GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, while French language proficiency is considered an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Candidates with strong analytical skills and experience in coding (e.g., Python) will have a competitive edge.
  • Extracurricular Achievements: Exceptional extracurricular achievements will be favorably considered.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are imperative.
  • Work Ethic: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, exhibiting a high level of energy, urgency, and personal accountability.
