About the iLEAD Fellowship

The iLEAD Fellowship is a flagship initiative of ELF-Africa designed to empower emerging African leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to make meaningful contributions to sustainable development. Rooted in our values-based leadership philosophy, this fellowship program focuses on addressing key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG-1 (No Poverty), SDG-2 (Quality Education), SDG-8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG-13 (Climate Action), and SDG-16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).

Fellowship Description

Are you a young African leader passionate about driving positive change in your community? Do you aspire to become a future leader committed to sustainable development? If so, the iLEAD Fellowship offers you the perfect opportunity to embark on a transformative journey of leadership development and mentorship.

Program Structure

The iLEAD Fellowship is a hybrid (physical and virtual) leadership training program that combines training sessions, mentorship, and coaching. Participants will engage in home assignments on various topics related to sustainable development and attend sessions held twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from June to September 2024, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EAT.
