Role Overview

As an ICT Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ICT department. You will assist in maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Maintaining ICT Infrastructure: Support the team in managing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Participate in Technology Projects: Contribute to ongoing projects by assisting with implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Provide Technical Support: Offer assistance to staff and users with technical problems and inquiries.
• Update and Manage Systems: Help with the maintenance and upgrading of existing systems and software.
• Document Procedures: Assist in creating and updating documentation for ICT processes and protocols.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other ICT professionals to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of technology systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of ICT principles and practices, including familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and contribute to team goals.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
