Key Responsibilities

As an ICT Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for:

• Network and Hardware Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network and hardware systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Application Support: Support the installation, configuration, and updates of various applications used within the company.
• Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams to resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Learning and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, IT, or Computer Science.
• Graduation Date: On or after 2022.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in network and hardware support.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network protocols, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support Skills: Experience in supporting application installations, configurations, and updates.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
