Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in crafting job advertisements and posting them on various platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage selection processes.
- Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews efficiently.
Onboarding Assistance
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Prepare onboarding materials and organize orientation sessions.
Contract Management
- Monitor staff contract expirations and probation periods.
- Advise stakeholders on upcoming contract renewals and probation completions.
HR Documentation
- Manage employee records, contracts, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain confidentiality.
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Promote a positive organizational culture through various events and initiatives.
Data Management
- Generate HR data and reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Track leave utilization and other relevant metrics.
Training Coordination
- Assist in managing the training calendar and scheduling sessions.
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up of training programs.
Benefits Administration
- Support tasks related to benefits administration, including enrollment and claims.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Implementation of HR Policies
- Support the implementation of HR management policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure adherence to established HR guidelines and practices.
Research and Improvement
- Research HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance HR operations.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Certifications: Certified Human Resource Professional Course (CHRP) foundation level is an added advantage.
- Academic Excellence: Minimum B grade in high school.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws: Good understanding and practical knowledge of various employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Intermediate level or above in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional Membership: Being a registered member of IHRM is an added advantage.
