About the Role: Hub Operator- IT

Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you have a knack for IT coupled with exceptional data entry and research skills? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Hub Operator- IT. This role requires proficiency in basic computer applications, and candidates with prior experience or familiarity with social marketing, community development, WASH, public health, or the solar energy business will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Gather valuable customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance service quality, ensuring our customers receive top-notch support.
2. Database Management: Establish and maintain a robust customer database to streamline operations and improve service standards. Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports to management in a timely manner.
3. Sales and Relationship Building: Generate leads, reconnect with past customers, and foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to exceed sales goals and drive business growth.
4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels at hubs to ensure efficient operations and timely replenishment of stock.
5. Operational Support: Supervise opening and closing procedures of WeTu hubs, maintaining strict adherence to operational protocols. Additionally, ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
6. Community Support: Play a vital role in supporting local fishermen by ensuring fishing lamps are charged daily, contributing to their safety and livelihood.
7. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts for WeTu products within the assigned territory, driving awareness and demand.
8. Innovation and Research: Work closely with the R&D team to innovate and enhance products and services. Identify market trends, opportunities, and conduct research to inform product development decisions.
9. Product Testing: Test and evaluate new product prototypes, providing valuable insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
10. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, contributing to informed business decisions and strategic planning.
