Role Overview:
Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for organizational excellence? KEDA Ceramics Co., Ltd. is eagerly seeking a competent and qualified HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR department. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, contributing to our ongoing success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- System Operation Assessment: Accurately evaluate the functionality and efficiency of HR systems.
- Personnel File Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of personnel files, ensuring completeness and timeliness of documentation related to employee lifecycle events such as recruitment, promotion, demotion, and transfers.
- Ledger Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to HR transactions and activities.
- Employee Holiday Accounts: Manage and monitor employee holiday entitlements and usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Attendance Management: Implement effective attendance tracking systems, both manual and electronic, to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Timeliness: Adhere to strict timelines for the processing and filing of attendance records and related documentation.
- Additional Tasks: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support departmental initiatives and undertake any other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in attendance management, including proficiency in manual and automated clocking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
