Available Positions



1. Chefs

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook pizza and other menu items to perfection.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.


2. Waitresses

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.


3. Delivery Personnel

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver orders promptly and courteously to customers.
  • Ensure the safe and timely transportation of food items.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Experience in food delivery is a plus.
  • Good time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to navigate efficiently around Nairobi.


4. Cleaners/Stewards

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Assist in dishwashing and waste disposal.
  • Support the team with various housekeeping tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or stewarding experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
