The Relationship Officer will be responsible for identifying prospective and existing client needs and aligning them with the financial solutions provided by Human Capital Outsourcing Limited. Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Officer, you will be expected to:

Client Identification and Relationship Management

Identify prospective and existing clients’ needs and match them with the company’s financial solutions to grow the business.
Drive new client acquisition by creating and implementing effective outreach strategies.
Educate clients on product terms and conditions, ensuring they understand the repayment structure and their obligations.

Risk and Loan Analysis

Ensure loan sizes and terms align with clients’ repayment capabilities, conducting thorough assessments to avoid placing clients in financially compromising situations.
Analyze business activities to identify and mitigate high-risk loan recipients.
Review and evaluate seasons of repayment difficulty and take proactive measures to minimize risk exposure.

Customer Loyalty and Reputation Management

Build and maintain a positive reputation for both yourself and the company to foster customer loyalty and retention.
Make polished and professional first impressions during initial client interactions.
Respectfully and diligently handle client inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Relationship Officer, you must meet the following qualifications and possess these skills:

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any other business-related course.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the microfinance or microcredit industry is required.
