Key Responsibilities
As the Health Centre Manager, you will:
- Ensure Patient Satisfaction: Maintain a patient-centered approach to care delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Promote Clinical Risk Management: Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies to ensure safety and compliance.
- Lead and Mentor Staff: Develop, train, and support clinical teams to achieve their potential.
- Drive Business Development: Spearhead strategies to attract and retain clients while expanding the scope of services.
- Optimize Resource Utilization: Ensure cost-effective use of medical and administrative resources.
- Oversee Administrative Functions: Streamline the day-to-day operations of the outpatient centre.

Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for this position, you must possess:
- Degree in Medicine & Surgery (mandatory).
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Training in Business Management.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical practice.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to manage budgets.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and staff.
