Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Preparatory School, you will be expected to:

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven instructional leadership experience in high-performing schools.
- Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic educational plans.
- Strong commitment to child protection and adherence to safeguarding standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Education Leadership, Curriculum Development, or related areas.
- Experience managing diverse teams within an educational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders effectively.
