Job Responsibilities

Waiters/Waitresses

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings to make recommendations and answer questions.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and ensure tables are set properly.

Stewards

• Kitchen Support: Assist in the kitchen with food preparation, cleaning, and organizing kitchen supplies.
• Dishwashing: Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
• Inventory Management: Monitor kitchen supplies and inform management of any stock shortages.

Food Runners

• Order Delivery: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Table Maintenance: Assist with setting and clearing tables, refilling water, and addressing any guest needs.
• Coordination: Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Cocktail Girls

• Beverage Service: Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages as per guest requests.
• Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure a pleasant experience.

Requirements

To join our team, you must meet the following requirements:

• National ID: Valid national identification.
• KRA PIN: Kenya Revenue Authority PIN.
• NSSF: National Social Security Fund number.
• NHIF: National Hospital Insurance Fund number.
• Food Handler Certificate: Valid food handler certificate.
