Key Responsibilities: Gaining Valuable Experience

As a GRIP intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic department. This opportunity will immerse you in various facets of our work, allowing you to hone your skills in the following areas:

1. Cultivating Partnerships: Collaborate with the Faith and Development Unit to foster meaningful connections with churches and other faith-based entities. Your contribution will play a pivotal role in enhancing child well-being.

2. Integrating Change: Support the Faith and Development unit in seamlessly integrating F&D models into our Kenya programming. By aligning with the National Office Strategy FY21 – 25, you’ll drive improved outcomes for children’s well-being.

3. Embodiment of Values: Assist the Faith and Development team in nurturing a culture where staff boldly and humbly communicate the World Vision Christian faith.

4. Empowering Growth: Participate in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning, Research, and Innovation initiatives, amplifying the impact of our F&D Programming.

5. Enabling Resources: Contribute to the acquisition of resources vital for F&D models and projects, amplifying our ability to bring change to vulnerable children.

6. Diverse Engagement: Engage in various committees and task forces, expanding your understanding of our holistic approach to transformation.

7. Fluid Responsibilities: Be ready to embrace any additional duties entrusted to you by your supervisor or designee.

6. Recent Graduates: If you’ve completed your studies in the past year, holding a bachelor’s degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, Divinity, Development Studies, Community Development, or related fields, you are eligible.
