About the Role: Control Room Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously monitor the status and location of our electric motorbike fleet using advanced tracking systems.

Emergency Response: Provide immediate assistance and support to riders during emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities and services as needed.

Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for riders, offering information, guidance, and exceptional customer service.

Data Analysis: Analyze data from fleet monitoring systems to identify patterns, issues, and areas for improvement.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on fleet performance, incidents, and other relevant metrics.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in transportation or logistics.

Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. You should be able to think on your feet and handle stressful situations calmly.
