GRANTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

Grant Management:

  • Research: Scout potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and aligned funding sources.
  • Application: Prepare and submit grant applications, ensuring adherence to all requirements and deadlines.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with grantors, addressing inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and track grant expenditures, guaranteeing compliance with funding guidelines and reporting criteria.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and finance personnel to compile accurate financial reports for grantors.

Administrative Support:

  • Task Management: Assist with daily administrative duties, including correspondence management, meeting scheduling, and record maintenance.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, handling venue booking, catering arrangements, and attendee communication.
  • HR Assistance: Support human resources functions such as employee onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and paperwork processing.
  • Supply Management: Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes to ensure seamless operations.

Compliance and Documentation:
