Job Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning and Development: Understanding the responsibilities of each position within the production department.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with shift leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Task Coordination: Handling various tasks in your respective section and ensuring efficient coordination of duties.
• Quality Assurance: Following up on production quality and formulation requirements.
• Additional Duties: Assisting the Head of Department with other tasks as needed.
