Job Summary:
The AECF Graduate Trainee Programme offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of development finance. Through rotational assignments across various departments, participants will gain invaluable insights into our programs and operations, while receiving comprehensive training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate within AECF Programmes Department to gain a holistic understanding of our operations and programs.
- Receive comprehensive training and mentorship from industry experts.
- Engage in practical, on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with a diverse team on projects spanning the region and beyond.
- Participate in personal development and leadership training.
- Network with industry professionals for long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Kenyan citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agri-business, Renewable Energy, Investments, or related field with First-Class Honors or Upper Second-Class Honors.
- Graduated within the last 2 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a willingness to learn and work under supervision.
- Proficiency in ICT.
- Professional certification in accounting or finance is an added advantage.
