The Opportunity
RSM Eastern Africa is excited to announce the Graduate Recruitment Programme 2024 for our Nairobi office. We are looking to bring on board Graduate Trainees who will contribute to our team and gain valuable experience in the fields of audit, tax, and consulting.

Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for the Graduate Recruitment Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (must have graduated or be graduating in 2024)
- CPA or ACCA qualifications (must be completed or actively enrolled)
- Certifications or experience in IT or data analytics are advantageous
